The Asus Transformer Book 2-in-1 Gets an Update
The latest Transformer Book T100HA, which succeeds Asus’ earlier Transformer Book T100TA two-in-one, offers a 10.1-inch display, a choice of quad-core Intel Atom Cherry Trail X5 series processors, 4GB of RAM, a USB Type-C port and 14 hours of battery life.
Windows 10 Preloaded on the Transformer Book
Windows 10 will come fully installed on the Transformer Book two-in-one when the devices become available in the third quarter of 2015. Pricing has not yet been announced. The Transformer Book will be available in silk white, tin grey, aqua blue or rouge pink metallic finishes.
Here’s the ZenPad 8.0
Asus is releasing the new ZenPads in three sizes. The ZenPad S 8.0 is a premium tablet model, featuring a 2K QXGA (1,536 by 2,048) IPS display, a 64-bit Intel Atom Z3580 processor and 4GB of RAM. The ZenPads come in models with WiFi or 3G LTE connectivity.

The ZenPads also feature DTS Premium Sound technology for upgraded audio to bolster their multimedia capabilities. The ZenPad S 8.0 can also be equipped with an optional Z Stylus so users can write and draw on the tablet. The 10-inch ZenPad 10.1 offers an optional keyboard.
The ZenWatch 2
The latest ZenWatch 2 builds on the original ZenWatch in offering a new metal watch crown as well as an all-new magnetic charger that shortens battery recharge times. The easy-to-swipe curved watch crystal is made from Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for toughness and scratch resistance.
Plenty of Watch Face Choices for Users
ZenWatch 2 owners will be able to choose quickly from more than 100 digital watch faces, which can be changed to match clothing, special events or for any other whim. Users can also create customized watch face designs with Asus’ new Watch Face Land app.
The ZenWatch 2 Comes in Two Face Sizes
Customers can choose between a 49mm or 45mm watch face size, as well as from silver, gunmetal or rose gold colors for the devices’ stainless steel body. Also included is a new Wellness smartphone app that can serve as a personal activity and fitness manager.
Select Your Watch Colors
Owners can choose from 18 strap combinations, including rubber, leather or metal. Rubber straps will come in blue, orange, red or taupe, while leather bands will come in khaki, brown, gray, blue or orange. Stainless-steel bands will match the three watch case colors.
