Part I

GOOGLE WATCH: What’s Project X?

GOOGLE: “We’re always exploring opportunities to expand our offerings, but don’t have anything to announce at this time.”

GOOGLE WATCH: Are you confirming that Google is indeed working/testing just such a project?

GOOGLE: Nope, not at all.

GOOGLE WATCH: Does your response mean that Google has no such project underway.

GOOGLE: This is our statement and we don’t have any additional details to share.

Part II

GOOGLE WATCH: Has Google received a request from American Airlines to reveal the names of those posting an American Airlines training video on a Google site? If so, what is Google’s response in this case? Is this the first time Google’s ever received such a request? If so, how does this supposed request differ from being asked to take down a video?

GOOGLE: You can use the following statement, which is all I’m able to share with you regarding this request. “Google complies with valid and appropriate legal process, including subpoenas.”
