Offerings expanded SafeHarbor Technology Corp. has expanded its hosted offerings from Web-based customer service into data warehousing with the launch of its Data Deck service.

Interactions monitored Data Deck provides SafeHarbor customers with the data from their customer interactions as well as analytic tools to improve customer service management and product planning. Customer data is captured across all support channels—Web self-help, e-mail, chat and telephone—and can be sorted by customer, product, division or other categories. Data Deck generates customized reports viewable in a Web browser and downloadable in formats that include Microsoft Corp.s Word and Excel, rich text format, comma-separated values and Crystal Decisions Crystal Report.

Pricing Data Deck is offered—at no additional charge—as part of the Satsop, Wash., companys Semaphore Web-based customer and technical support service. Pricing for Semaphore starts at $18,000 per month.
