Sonexis Inc. unveiled a pared-down version of its ConferenceManager conferencing system for use by small- and medium-sized enterprises.

ConferenceManager for Web provides Web conferencing features such as application sharing, co-browsing of Web sites, polls and presentations and can be configured to run with as few as 15 simultaneous Web users or as many as hundreds. Users also have the option to add audio conferencing, either through the public-switched telephone network or voice over IP, Sonexis said.

Sonexis, of Tewksbury, Mass., in November launched a new version of its flagship ConferenceManager system for larger enterprises, which combines audio and Web conferencing and can support more users. Like that product, ConferenceManager for Web is an on-premise system that sits behind a corporate firewall.

ConferenceManager for Web is available now and pricing starts at $16,350 for 15 seats of Web conferencing along with a 12-month warranty and software subscription services. It also can be leased for about $35 per seat per month.
