Carly Fiorina, ousted as CEO of Hewlett-Packard Co. in February, has emerged as the newest member of the Washington Speakers Bureau. Fiorina joins such names as the former Federal Communications Commission chairman, Michael Powell, and New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick.

For $40,000 or more, Fiorina will share her views on such issues as competitiveness, women in leadership roles and technology. According to the profile on the bureaus Web site, Fiorina will use “her personal experiences to share with audiences the three essential elements that espouse her vision of leadership—Character, Capability and Collaboration.”

Her biography touts HPs $19 billion purchase of Compaq in 2002, a controversial acquisition whose success is still debated within the industry. In February, HPs board of directors, noting the need for change, asked Fiorina to resign as CEO and chairman. She was replaced by NCR President and CEO Mark Hurd.
