The Santa Clara, Calif., chip maker on Monday rolled out Celeron processors that run at 2.3GHz and 2.4GHz. The fastest current Celeron runs at 2.2GHz.

Built on Intels 0.13-micron process, the chips also feature a 400MHz front-side bus.

The 2.3GHz Celeron is priced at $117 per 1,000-unit quantities, the 2.4GHz chip at $127.
