The migration to IPv6 will be drastic and all-encompassing and when its done, computers on the Internet will almost certainly be less secure. So argues Simson Garfinkel, author of many books on computer security. The disappearance of NAT will expose computers to the Internet unprotected and new IPv6 applications lack the maturity of older IPv4 counterparts.
