The package, which can be customized and is offered for a flat monthly fee, includes business-class Internet (with speeds up to 24M bps available), unlimited phone service, online backup of business data, virus and data protection, and 24-by-7 computer repair and replacement of broken components.
The bundle also includes a custom-built Website and one hour of monthly design services by Windstreams Web experts.

The company also offers a host of other services, including audio and Web conferencing, fax-to-email, credit card processing services and Website hosting. The companys stand-alone Security Suite, powered by McAfee, starts at $3.99 a month.

Small businesses can choose from a variety of IP Phone PBX options, handset options and optional hardware and software elements, including automatic call distribution, call assistant, dual language support and mobile link.
