Convoq will announce this week at the Demo show in Scottsdale, Ariz., the general availability of its ASAP online meeting service.

ASAP combines instant messaging, audio conferencing, videoconferencing and Web presentations in one product, delivered via the Web with Flash plug-ins. Contacts can be accessed or invited to meetings via IM, and users can click on a link in the message to join the meeting. ASAP is supported by Windows, Macintosh and Linux operating systems, with no software downloads or installation required.

Convoq is headed by former Lotus executive Chuck Digate.
