The Medford, Mass., vendor is offering supplemental services in remote monitoring and reporting, consulting, and training and education for managing Web environments.
The services should aid users by creating integrated views that combine data from different management systems. The services also allow operators to quickly identify events causing problems and to correlate internally generated events with the results of other performance testing tools such as those from Keynote Systems Inc., of San Mateo, Calif.
The service is available now. Starting prices range from $15,000 to $30,000.
