Nice Office, eAgency Systems web-enabled sales force automation/customer relationship management solution, is coming to the BlackBerry platform.

The version of Nice Office designed for Research in Motion Ltd.s BlackBerry wireless solution will provide wireless sync capabilities, allowing subscribers to the BlackBerry messaging service to access and monitor contacts, sales, production and other business data without requiring the installation of a BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server).

In the SME market, noted eAgency Chief Marketing Officer Chuck Cronin, “No ones going to be able to afford a BES. But a mobile worker in the SOHO [small office/home office] or SME market is going to actually need access to much more data than what is available in Outlook.”

The price for Nice Office is $50 per month.

“Anything you can imagine you would likely do on a PC can be done on the BlackBerry,” said Cronin. “Weve basically turned the BlackBerry into a networked computer.”

The company released a BlackBerry version for the life insurance industry last year. The new version, said Cronin, is “universal.” It allows a company, he said, “to create its own vertical and customize it to its own needs right out of the box without third-party integration.”
