LinuxWorld Awards Nominees

LinuxWorld doesn't start until January 20th, but the LinuxWorld award nominations have already been made.

LinuxWorld in NYC Javits Center doesnt open until January 20th but the finalists have already been announced for the LinuxWorld Product Excellence Awards.

These awards are presented in conjunction by IDG, the show sponsor, and UniForum Association, an international group of open systems professionals.,The LinuxWorld Product Excellence Awards recognize product and service innovations by LinuxWorld exhibitors.

The awards will be presented on the LinuxWorld exhibit floor on Wednesday, January 21 at 4:00 pm.

Awards will be presented for ten product categories, representing major areas of innovation in the Linux and open source community. In addition to these awards, the judges will also select one product as "Best of Show."
