Ina Fried at All Things D has an article on the Livescribe Pen which is now (albeit via a docking station) connecting to Google Docs and Evernote. I’m an advocate that the really interesting things in tech happen frequently when you connect the physical world to the digital world. Automobile engines, heating and cooling systems and your blood pressure are all examples of how a digital connection opens up a new world of apps and business opportunities. Lots of us still take notes via a pen and then face transcribing, etc.
