Change within an enterprise can be a disruptive process. Three new products from Serena Software Inc., of Burlingame, Calif., are designed to minimize the problems.
The Serena ChangeMan ALM 3.1, for connecting and managing the development life cycle and fostering collaboration among developers, features support for Unix Main Server and Oracle Corp. database environments as well as enhanced notification configuration for immediate delivery of time-sensitive information.
ChangeMan ECP 3.1 boasts a customizable Web interface, dubbed MyChangeMan, that gives managers a personalized view of cross-platform changes throughout the enterprise from a single point of control.
Lastly, ChangeMan for z/OS and OS/390 5.2 adds developer productivity and quality assurance enhancements and offers extended integration that enables organizations to manage the development of cross-platform applications from a single point.
All three products are available now.
