Building better connections Seattle-based Internet traffic and content management vendor F5 Networks Inc. this month is unveiling a product to lower the cost and increase the reliability of connectivity for networks with multiple links and ISPs.

Aggregation The Big-IP Link Controller provides link and load balancing for enterprise data centers supporting mission-critical connections. F5 Networks champions the product as a way for businesses to acquire and use bandwidth more efficiently.

Price The link controller includes policy-based traffic control, integrated firewall load balancing and ISP performance evaluation. It is priced at $19,990 for a single device and $37,990 for a redundant pair.
