For now, established vendors of Balanced Scorecard tools have little to fear from Microsofts new, free business-intelligence add-ons, Office Business Scorecards Accelerator and the Office Excel Add-in for SQL Server Analysis Services, which the company released last week. Thats because the scorecard accelerator is only available in a single language (English) and hasnt been certified by the Balanced Scorecard Collaborative.
