Protection Zone Labs Inc. this month introduced Integrity, a centrally managed security solution designed to give IT managers a simple way to protect end-user PCs.
Firewall technology Integrity includes the San Francisco companys personal- firewall technology and can protect PCs running virtual private network software, something many other personal firewalls cant do. The software blocks all outgoing and incoming connections until the user specifies otherwise.
Two-part security Integrity comprises Integrity Agent and Integrity Server. Besides the firewall, the agent software includes application control and e-mail filtering. The server includes a real-time monitor that tracks policy enforcement, a reporting function, and the ability to create role- and user-based deployments.
Cost Integrity is available now. Pricing starts at $80 per user license.
