For network operators looking to outsource more of their infrastructure management, Vanguard Managed Solutions Inc. this month launched Careguard, a program to improve customer satisfaction.
With Careguard, network operators receive a level and terms of service tailored to their businesses. It includes a strategic assessment of network needs, network design leveraging existing investment, software and hardware testing, round-the-clock monitoring and maintenance, and support. The Mansfield, Mass., company said the program shows that Vanguard serves as a strategic partner to its customers so they can concentrate on their core businesses.
Careguard services vary in price from $39 to $392 per site per month.
