Nagesh Anupindi

Nagesh Anupindi, Ph.D. is the Chief Architect and Director of Architecture at Xcel Energy. At Xcel, he oversees 14 architects and 23 Strategic Information Services and DBAs, providing technology direction, infrastructure transparency, organizational alignment and fiscal benefits. Prior to Xcel, Anupindi was the Enterprise Document Management Architect at Qwest Communications. Before Qwest, he was the Director of Strategic Accounts at Raymond James Consulting, providing strategic technology consulting services to Fortune 500 clients such as J.D. Edwards, Great West Life, Bureau of Reclamation, ProCard and others. He received a PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, an M. S. in Digital Signal Processing from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunications from Osmania University.
