Roland Hoelscher is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the arcplan Group, where he has played a pivotal role since 1993. He is a seasoned expert in business intelligence, having spearheaded the market introduction of arcplan's first software solution in 1994 and establishing the company’s U.S. subsidiary. Roland’s leadership in corporate strategy and development, particularly in the business intelligence sector, has driven arcplan’s growth across North and South America. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Roland has held various key positions, including CEO and president of arcplan, Inc., and has extensive expertise in business intelligence, data analytics, and enterprise software solutions. He holds a degree in Economics from Westfaelische Wilhelms University in Muenster, Germany.
