Oracle Corp. and Zend Technologies Inc. Monday announced the beta release of the Zend Core for Oracle technology for integrating the Oracle database with Zends PHP development environment.

The Zend Core for Oracle technology enables developers to use PHP to develop applications in the Oracle environment. The beta version is available as a free download from the Oracle Technology Network (OTN) and the Zend Web site.
