Reporting Services: January The New Due Date

Microsoft had been counting on beating the clock by getting its SQL Services 2000 Reporting Services product out the door before the end of 2003. Looks like the team just missed the cut-off date. The company is now saying to expect Reporting Services in January. Keep in mind that this technology originally was not slated to debut until “Yukon” SQL Server shipped (end of 2004). So, technically, its still “early.”
