Cysive Inc., a consulting firm and software-development shop, has launched a new product suite that runs on BEA Systems Weblogic platform.

Cysive Cymbio is a “multi-channel enterprise platform” that integrates business applications and extends an enterprise through mobile technology, according to the Reston, Va.-based company.

Cymbio provides two-way, real-time access between the enterprise, employees, customers, and partners, and the applications and data they use.

Cybio will have plenty of competition. Asera, a Silicon Valley-based startup run by former Oracle executives, Sybase and a long list of established software companies provide tools and middleware that can tie together legacy applications, ERP systems, CRM software and mobile applications.
