While Microsoft has been urging consumers and businesses to down the security update offering, they draw the line at their own CRM package. Turns out there is a conflict between the two applications that shuts down certain features of the customer-service system.

Most antivirus companies have expected glitches to occur with the rollout of the service pack, albeit not necessarily within Microsofts own product family. To Microsofts credit, the service pack is unusually large and deals with several complex security issues. It also involves much collaboration and integration of platforms among security firms and even chipmakers.
