It is a sad state of affairs, as I see management moving work to India despite an obvious lack of engineering skills there (“Indian Education: A Weak Link?” Feb. 27).

I have worked with some brilliant engineers from India in the past, but many I see today are poorly trained. Outsourcing is just a management mantra, whether it makes sense or not.
