Use of careers Web sites for recruiting is now nearly ubiquitous among the Global 500, pointing to the creation of a truly global work force, according to a new report from iLogos Research.

The report, “Global 500 Website Recruiting 2003 Survey,” found that 94 percent of the worlds largest companies are recruiting online, up 3 percentage points over year-ago findings. Of that group, 96 percent of North America-based companies have corporate careers Web sites, compared with 94 percent of European companies and 96 percent of large companies in the Asia-Pacific region.
