The iPad Mini features a 7.9-inch Multi-Touch display, weighs 0.68 pounds and is 7.2mm thin. It’s 23 percent thinner and 53 percent lighter than the third-generation iPad, and boasts 35 percent more screen real estate than its 7-inch competitors and 67 percent more viewable area in a browser.

The iPad Mini will come in black and slate and white and silver. A WiFi-only version, available Nov. 2, will be priced from $329 to $529. A few weeks later, Verizon Wireless, AT&T and Sprint will offer versions also compatible with their 4G networks. For WiFi and cellular, pricing will run from $429 through $659.

Smart Covers for the iPad Mini will come in pink, green, blue, light gray, dark gray and red, and will sell for $39.


iMac All-in-One

Two new iMacs had jaws on the floor before the iPad Mini was even unveiled. The all-in-one computers, in 21.5-inch or 27-inch display options, measure, at their edges, just 5mm thin.

The new iMacs feature Intel processors and graphics chips from Nvidia, and start at $1,299 for the 21.5-inch and $1,799 for the 27-inch. They’ll be available in November.


13-Inch MacBook Pro With Retina Display

The new 13-inch MacBook Pro measures 0.75 inches thin and weighs 3.57 pounds—nearly a pound less than the current model. Available as of Oct. 23, pricing starts at $1,699.


Fourth-Generation iPad

A fourth-generation iPad features a 9.7-inch Retina display, Apple’s A6X processor (which offers twice the graphics performance of the A5X), a FaceTime HD camera and twice the WiFi performance of previous models. A WiFi-only version will be available Nov. 2, starting at $499. In the coming weeks, Verizon Wireless, AT&T and Sprint will offer models with cellular connectivity, starting at $459.


Mac Mini

Last and least, in its way—the Mac Mini is the smallest Mac of all, upgraded with up to quad-core Intel Core i7 processors. Available as of Oct. 23, pricing starts at $599.

The new Mac Mini now has four USB 3.0 ports, in addition to Thunderbolt, HDMI, SDXC, Gigabit Ethernet and FireWire 800 ports.
