Random House has added another chapter to its mobile book publishing business.

The publisher announced last week it is taking a stake in Vocel, a mobile content provider of educational materials, and signing deals to include foreign language study guides and video game tips books among its offerings.

Vocel, based in San Diego, Calif., presently makes Princeton Review college study guides, published by Random House, available on mobile phones through a deal with Verizon.
