The Galaxy S II and Tab 8.9 LTE versions promise speedier data access to applications such as social gaming and multimedia content.

      2

The Galaxy S II LTE offers a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus screen, powered by a 1.5 GHz application processor to help fuel applications over LTE.

The back of this sleek device features an 8 megapixel camera, enabling HD still image and video capture.

The Galaxy S II LTE is only 8.6 millimeters thick, allowing it to fit comfortably in the pocket.

Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 8.9 sports a smooth touch display with a 1200-by-800 resolution. The device also shares the 1.5 GHz processor its S II LTE handset cousin enjoys.

The Tab 8.9, the slightly smaller brother to the Tab 10.1, is equipped with Samsung’s TouchWiz interface, enabling a smooth touch access for users’ fingers. Video conferencing on this tablet should be ideal, given the decent-size display and LTE data speeds.

      7Side

      7

The Tab 8.9 weighs only 1 pound (compared to slightly less than 1.3 pounds of the Tab 10.1) and is 8.6 mm thick.
