The BlackBerry Curve 8900 is made of hard-shelled plastic in a titanium-colored finish with chrome highlights. RIM claims the 8900’s screen is the highest resolution available on a BlackBerry smartphone. The device also comes with a 512MHz next-generation processor, although T-Mobile plans to at least initially wed the device to its 2G EDGE network.
In addition to phone and messaging services, the BlackBerry Curve 8900 features built-in GPS and Wi-Fi supporting voice and data. The Curve also includes a 3.2-megapixel camera with auto-focus, digital zoom, flash, image stabilization and video recording in addition to a Web browser and a music player with support for streaming media.
