SBC Communications will offer prepaid and unlimited access plans for its new FreedomLink Wi-Fi service, the company said. The monthly fee hasnt been set yet and will likely vary depending on whether the user bundles Wi-Fi with other SBC services. The company currently has Wi-Fi hotspots in San Antonio, Texas, and it will expand to other areas in the West and Midwest by the end of the year.
