Nasdaqs Data Factory Project is designed to give traders, issuers and consumers more data than they receive today. It will be powered by HyperFeeds ticker-plant technology in order to receive, process and distribute data from any source, as well as mixing in proprietary data.

The three-year, multi-million dollar deal gives Nasdaq the right to use HTPX, HyperFeeds ticker-plant technology. The Data Factory Project is inspired by competition from alternative trading systems and electronic communications networks that are boosting transparency and openness.
