Sage North America appointed two of its executives to new posts within the company while forging a new Business Solutions Division. The news was made public at the company’s annual Insights partner conference, held this year in Nashville, Tenn.

The Business Solutions Division is the end result of combining Sage’s Business Management and Industry and Specialized Solutions Division (ISSD). The organizational changes are intended to increase focus on customers by market segment, maintaining product line accountability, leveraging best practices, processes, and methodology division-wide to provide extraordinary partner, customer, and employee experiences, and to improve efficiency and effectiveness in creating and delivering products and services to partners and customers.

Former Microsoft exec Jodi Uecker-Rust was appointed president of the Sage Business Solutions organization while Doug Meyer takes on the new role of chief customer officer.

Sue Swenson, CEO, Sage North America sent a letter to Sage’s partners prior to the kickoff of Insights stating the company made several important changes in the business that will help it continuing to work with its partners, to deliver industry-leading customer experience with our products, services, and support.
