I didn’t have a chance yesterday to find the Intertainer v. Google, Apple and Napster lawsuit, but I ran across it this morning and thought you might be want to take a look at the original complaint. The news article about the lawsuit is here.

Some of the salient points that may have been glossed over in the news articles:

— The patent in question, No. 6,925,469, entitled “Digital Entertainment Service Platform,” was issued Aug. 2, 2005. Kevin P. Headings and Steven M. Schein were named inventors. Intertainer owns the rights. — The patent was filed Sept. 5, 2001
