    Averiware, GreenAppX Partner on Suite of Business, Productivity Applications

      Business solutions specialist Averiware and cloud services company GreenAppX announced a partnership in which GreenAppX will distribute Averiware’s suite of integrated business applications through its services delivery network.

      Averiware’s suite includes the following modules: salesforce automation, customer relationship management (CRM), supply chain management, human resources management, and accounting and financial reporting.

      GreenAppX allows service providers, resellers and vendors to deliver services over the cloud to businesses and consumers. The companies said the partnership will enable GreenAppX to offer Averiware’s “Integrated Business Solutions” through its global services delivery network of partners, including communications and IT services providers.

      Emmanuel Mathew, CEO of Averiware, said their goal is to help small to medium-size businesses (SMBs) manage all of their business processes-including finance, sales and service, Web presence and employee management-more efficiently. “Companies can save time, money and resources and get unprecedented visibility into their operations by utilizing one centralized and up-to-date database, ending the headache of using multiple incompatible applications,” he said.

      Mathew said what Averiware brings to SMBs are an integrated platform for automating key business functions such as finance, inventory, sales and human resources; low upfront costs for hardware and software investments; quick deployment; customization for existing business processes; and tech support and turnkey responsibility from the vendor. Mathew said the company also has the ability to allow SMBs to manage their online e-commerce and better communicate with prospects, customers, employees and vendors.

      GreenAppX has built a Web-based platform for the delivery of cloud services. Using this platform as a foundation, GreenAppX develops private-labeled AppXMarts for their distribution channels. This enables these channel partners to sell cloud-based business applications, including corporate email, file sharing, data backup and audio video conferencing, as month-to-month subscriptions. GreenAppX manages the transaction, provisioning and support of these subscriptions, allowing partners to focus on marketing the applications directly to their clients.

      “Through a secure Web-based platform, GreenAppX provides ISPs, managed service providers, resellers and telco agents with cloud-based business applications, including corporate email, file sharing, data back-up and audio video conferencing, that help their customers compete in a global market, while significantly reducing their expenses. This partnership will allow GreenAppX to offer Averiware’s solution to its partners. New customer accounts will automatically be provisioned and billed at registration, making it very easy for small and medium businesses to subscribe to the service.” said Jim Safran, president of GreenAppX. “We are committed to aggregating and delivering the broadest selection of leading cloud services, and are pleased to extend Averiware’s anytime, anywhere suite of integrated business solutions through our services delivery network.”
