If you are traveling north on I-93:
- Take Exit 36 Montvale Ave (Stoneham/Woburn).
- Keep left at the fork in the ramp.
- At the light at the end of the ramp, turn right onto Montvale Ave.
- Take first left into Unicorn Park.
- 100 Unicorn Park Drive is the first building on the left. We are located on the 2nd floor.
If you are traveling on 128:
- From 128 take 93 South to Exit 36 Montvale Ave (Stoneham/Woburn).
- Follow directions from I-93 South below
If you are traveling south on I-93:
- Take Exit 36 Montvale Ave (Stoneham/Woburn).
- Come down the ramp and take a left at the lights (there will be a McDonalds in front of you).
- At the second set of lights (these come up pretty quickly), go left into Unicorn Park.
- 100 Unicorn Park Drive is the first building on the left. We are located on the 2nd floor.

Express Rte. 93 Bus #354 from Haymarket Station to Montvale Ave.
- Walk under Rte 93 overpass and Unicorn Park Drive is about 5 minutes up on the left.
