Troy McDonald has almost two decades of experience managing IT groups for large and medium sized organizations. He is keenly aware of security requirements and compliance challenges. Currently, he is the IT Manager for PROS, a world-class pricing and revenue optimization software company based in Houston, Texas. Troy holds a BBA in MIS from the University of Houston.
