In a close vote divided among three web hosters, Telenisus was the top pick.
Under the leadership of CEO Gordon Reichard Jr., Telenisus developed what it calls the Built for e-Business platform that automates many customer care and service delivery functions. The company also incorporated automated Web application security in its hosting service to enable customers to have managed security services on an end-to-end basis.
The operation and support system built for the new platform is a $20 million investment in automating, integrating, monitoring and managing services. Using this platform, Telenisus can rapidly scale its services to changes in customer demands.
“It looks like they have a pretty solid track record of innovation on service levels and security, which are big impediments to hosting applications,” Heckart says.
Telenisus secure hosting centers offer eight layers of protection, including firewalls, switching, intrusion detection and software in an internally developed infrastructure that is patent-pending.
The Rapid Start Hosting Platform provides customers with the ability to develop, test and deploy applications in a secure environment.
