At the same time, IDS Scheer SME will acquire a number of A.S. Plus employees, including the companys president and CPA, Patricia Smith, and its consulting staff.

IDS Scheer SME, of Berwyn, Pa., offers its own line of software to small and midsize businesses, including ERP, customer relationship management and supply chain management applications.
