User groups are getting a little more user-friendly when it comes to sharing technical know-how, as exemplified by Juice.
Juice is a user community site for Altiris Software Virtualization System users. It differs from a traditional online support forum in that users dont primarily share break-fix knowledge, but rather software virtualization package tips, cool virtualization tricks and application packaging advice.
The site has become somewhat freighted with marketing hype, so we dont know how much longer Juice will be fit to drink. If Altiris is able to resist the urge to smother Juice with news of SVS accolades, then the forum could be worth tracking–even for those just thinking about software and application virtualization.
