      Cingular introduces the new Nokia E62 Windows Mobile smart phone at a very aggressive price point. The new phone is designed to compete with RIMs BlackBerry and Palms Treo, but with more features and a lower cost.

      Cingulars 3125 smart phone is available now. The new phone runs Windows Mobile, supports push e-mail, plays music and has a high-resolution camera, among other features.

      Sprint enters the international market with a phone that will work with CDMA in the United States and GSM overseas. The new smart phone runs Windows Mobile and handles applications from Microsoft and Good Technology.

      Sprint said that the Novatel Merlin S720 data card is the first EvDO Revision A card available in the United States. The card works on Sprints Power Vision network.

      Cingular introduced the Sierra Wireless AirCard 875 as the first HSDPA device available in the United States. It supports the global GSM standard and handles speeds of up to 3.6M bps when its in an area equipped to handle it.
