Azerity released Monday the latest version of its customer relationship management application suite designed for the high-tech vertical, ProChannel 5.

This version of the application adds new modules for mobility, channel management and business analytics, giving ProChannel a total of 26 modules, plus a new graphical user interface with flexible display options.

The new ProMobile module allows salespeople to work on opportunities and design tracking transactions offline. Theres also a new Channel Inventory module, plus enhancements to the Manufacturer Inventory Module to bring more accuracy and throughput to business processes, such as quoting, order capture, point-of-sale reconciliation and parts catalog search.

Azerity has also added a new analytics module, the ProVision Executive Dashboard, which gives executives visibility into business indicators such as billing, bookings, book-to-bill ratios, profit margins, sample requests, quote activity, manufacturer and channel inventories, commission payouts and competitive analysis.

SPSS Inc. provides the predictive analytic modules used in ProVision.

There are also new modules for stock rotation, price protection and contract management as well as enhancements to several of the existing modules.

ProChannel 5 sells for $50,000 to $150,000 per module, with typical customer installations going for between $300,000 and $500,000. The company, founded in 1998, already has 160 customers, all in the high-tech industry, mostly components and semi-conductors.
