FilesAnywhere.coms latest file-sharing services allow Web users to quickly share any file stored online with anyone who has an Internet connection. In my tests, I found FilesAnywhere services provide a robust, secure and reliable way to share files online quickly, while keeping things easy enough for any user.

FilesAnywhere provides Individual, WorkGroup and Corporate plans that let registered users store and share 100MB to multiple gigabytes of data online via SSL connections.

The entry price for an Individual account is $3.95 per month (or $42 annually) for 100MB of storage and can go up to $1,600 per month ($12,800 per year) for 40GB for a WorkGroup plan supporting 10 users.

I tested an Individual Power500 plan with 500MB of online storage, which is priced at $11.95 per month or $129 per year.

The clean, functional Web interface allowed me to easily upload and download files, set up shared folders, and view file version histories.

I could upload files one by one or in groups, and the interface also provided a Zip utility for uploading groups of files. Registered users can now share files with nonregistered users, and FilesAnywhere has version control capabilities to back up modified files. A check-out feature keeps track of files being used and prevents multiple users from making changes to a shared file.
