Multiple project management outfits are coming out with targeted training and certification programs that they claim better prepare project managers to work on IT projects than do generic project management approaches. At the very least, theyre faster to get than the Project Management Institutes notoriously grueling PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Heres whats new:
