VM Windows Configuration

The VMware process pack uses basic, preconfigured information to aid in the process of creating and managing virtual systems.

ESX Servers

The VMware process pack uses ESX servers, resources pools and vCenter management systems to create and manage VMs.

Provision

The VMware VM provisioning workflow manages the creation and configuration of new virtual machines.

Wait

Workflows can be created that check the state of virtual machines and then attempt to restart them if specific conditions are true.

MID Server

The only software that is on-premises is the Service-Now server application that reports information to the hosted service and executes commands for activities such as discovery.

Sales Performance

The sales force automation tool provides basic sales reporting tools.

Leads

Using demonstration data, this report shows leads that are being tracked in the new sales force automation plug-in.

Opportunities

The opportunities report shows where possible deals are in the closing process.
