Taleo announced Dec. 12 that it has released Taleo Business Edition 7.5, a management platform designed to help small and midsize businesses with their recruitment processes.

Taleos Business Edition 7.5 will let businesses with 1,000 to 3,000 employees automate a large chunk of a recruiting process such as sourcing, assessment and selection of potential employees.

“This release reaffirms our commitment offering innovative solutions that bring the same leading-edge technologies and best practices to our small and midsize customers as our larger enterprise clients,” said Brad Benson, EVP of products and technology for Taleo, in a company release. Taleo is a Dublin, Calif.-based talent management platform provider.

The new talent management offering from Taleo includes RSS job agents, which will inform candidates about job openings as the positions become available.

Business Edition 7.5 will let users use Taleo Connect Client, which offers integration tools to help decrease cost of ownership, with other business applications such as human resources and payroll systems.

With Taleo Connect Client, users can create integrations to data warehouses, HRIS (human resources information systems), and financial systems without having to use a member of a technical staff or outside consultant, the company said.

Using Edition 7.5s Resume Mirror parsing engine, human resources executives will be able to accurately search through candidates resumes, the company said.

The new talent management platform will also support international customers and global implementations through its use in four languages: English, Spanish, German and French.

“As the recognized leader in on demand talent management, our customers expect us to keep them out in front of emerging technologies,” Benson said.

Taleo Business Edition 7.5 is available now, and pricing starts at $99 per month.
