docSTAR will incorporate Equisys network fax software to support its fax interface in its document management applications, the company announced.
Equisys Zetafax software allows users to archive any fax sent or received and features a universal inbox that allows users to send and receive faxes from one program at their desk.
“Time savings is a major productivity benefit and includes time spent preparing paper cover sheets, checking that faxes have gone through and removing sent faxes from the machine,” said Ira Whitman, spokesperson for docSTAR, which is based in Schenectady, N.Y.
