Acer’s Liquid E1 Lives Large

The Liquid E1 features a large 4.5-inch quarter-high-definition (qHD) display, dual-core processor and two speakers with DTS sound for volume maximization.

The entry-level Liquid Z2 features a quick mode navigation tool, a 1GHz processor and runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with a 3.5-in. display.

The Z10 is the first smartphone to run the BlackBerry 10 OS and is dominated by a 4.2-inch touch-screen that’s more pixel-rich than the Apple iPhone’s Retina display.

BlackBerry’s Z10 features a 1.5GHz dual-core processor with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and an expandable memory card slot.

Boasting the physical QWERTY keyboard of which so many BlackBerry fans are enamored, the handset features a micro High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) out port and advanced sensors such as near-field communication (NFC) to support mobile payments.

The global-ready 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) handset boasts a 720 by 720 Super AMOLED (active-matrix organic LED) 3.1-inch display, 1.5GHz dual-core CPU and 2GB of RAM.

The handset features a 4.7-inch full-high-definition display, a new version of the HTC Sense user interface and BlinkFeed, a home screen that’s a constantly updating media stream.

The 4G LTE-equipped Optimus G Pro offers a 5.5-inch full-HD In-Plane Switching (IPS) display, boasts a 1.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor and runs Google’s Android operating system.

Constructed of Grade 5 titanium, black leather and polished black ceramic, the TI carries a retail price of $10,500. A Vertu Key on the device includes a ruby in its design, and the phone’s 3.7-inch screen is made of sapphire crystal and said to be both “virtually scratchproof” and four times stronger than the average screen.

The TI’s titanium casing is said to be five times stronger than most smartphone cases, features an 8-megapixel camera on the back, a 1.3-megapixel camera up front, a 1.7GHz processor and a concierge service.
