AT&T Wireless has a new phone aimed at extending users wireless reach.

The Siemens Mobile Information Groups S46 supports GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) and Time Division Multiple Access. The phone also supports General Packet Radio Service, which most GSM networks will migrate to eventually.

The S46 also includes an organizer that synchronizes with various groupware platforms, including Microsoft Corp.s Outlook and IBMs Lotus divisions Notes. Available now from the Redmond, Wash., company, the S46 costs $199.
