Kyocera Wireless Corp. will make push-to-talk phones for wireless carrier Alltel Corp. Kyocera will add PTT features to handsets on several CDMA platforms this year. The company will also develop PTT products configured for voice-over-Internet-protocol (VoIP) platforms including the Togabi Technologys PacketCHAT and Qualcomms BREWChat.
